Return Policy
We offer a global 30-day return or exchange policy for quality issues, with shipping costs covered by us or a replacement product sent directly. Returns or exchanges for non-quality issues are not accepted, as jewelry is a personal item and cannot be resold.
Quality issues are defined as follows:
- Falling Stones: If the stones in your jewelry, such as those in tiger eye bracelets, detach, it is considered a quality issue. However, if the jewelry has been exposed to water, improperly stored, or not maintained, this would not be considered a quality issue.
- Pearl Surface Damage: Pearls are natural treasures formed in nature. Surface textures are natural and do not constitute a quality issue. However, if there are severe scratches or significant surface damage, this would be considered a quality issue.
- Chain or Necklace Issues: If the chain or necklace extension becomes knotted or cannot be untangled, it is considered a quality issue, and we can repair or replace the extension.
Please Note:
- Silver earrings have soft ear needles that can be easily deformed if not removed during sleep or subjected to external force. This does not constitute a quality issue.
- If a bracelet does not fit properly or encounters accidental force during wear, it is not considered a quality issue. Jewelry is delicate and requires careful maintenance.
